Policies & service information

Terms of Service

Effective and last updated: October 10, 2026

These terms govern services supplied by Move Meant Enterprise LLC, doing business as WAGA Solutions (“WAGA,” “we,” or “us”). They work with your accepted order or written proposal, our Acceptable Use Policy, Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy, and any applicable service-specific agreement. Our Privacy Policy explains information handling.

1. Orders and authority

You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the account owner. Provide accurate contact and billing information. An inquiry or quote request is not a purchase or commitment to begin work. An order is subject to acceptance, successful payment where required, service availability, and any stated verification. If we cannot supply an accepted service, we will address the unfulfilled charge under the billing policy and applicable law.

2. What you purchase

The accepted order identifies the service, quantity, limits, billing period, and charges. Hosting, domains, website design, ongoing care, and optional tools are distinct purchases unless expressly bundled. Annual hosting is paid upfront for the annual term, not an installment plan. Website and app work requires an accepted written scope. The proposal controls its specific deliverables and milestones; no agreement overrides nonwaivable legal rights.

3. Accounts and responsibilities

Protect your credentials, use available security controls, and notify support of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for your authorized users, content, licensing, and lawful use. You must obtain any permissions and privacy notices necessary for information you collect or store through your website. WAGA does not provide legal, tax, or regulatory certification through a hosting or development purchase.

4. Hosting, email, and third parties

Services use third-party infrastructure, including 20i, and are subject to applicable technical restrictions and domain-registry requirements disclosed in these policies or your order. Website storage and mailbox storage are separate. Resource-heavy applications may need a different platform. External plugins, integrations, networks, and registries can affect functionality and delivery. Platform features do not promise that every customer application is compatible.

5. Support, backups, and availability

Hosting support is different from ongoing website maintenance or custom development. Scope, migrations, priority handling, backups, and restoration are governed by your package or written agreement and the Support & Backups Policy. We do not promise uninterrupted service, a fixed response time, a particular search ranking, commercial results, or a service-credit entitlement unless expressly agreed in writing. Keep independent copies of essential files, databases, and email.

6. Domains

Search results are availability indications, not a reservation. Registration succeeds only when the registrar or registry completes it. You must provide accurate registrant details, complete required verification, and track expiration. The registrant identified in the registration record holds the applicable registration rights. Transfers, disputes, renewal, redemption, and privacy options are subject to the relevant registry and registrar rules. Purchasing hosting alone does not renew a domain.

7. Billing and cancellation

The billing policy explains charges, renewal, cancellation, and refunds. We will not treat a quote inquiry as consent to recurring charges. Auto-renewal requires an appropriate affirmative choice and disclosures. Cancellation of one service does not automatically cancel other services. Payment disputes may be raised with support; nothing here removes rights to contact a payment provider or government authority.

8. Suspension and ending service

We may restrict or suspend affected services for nonpayment, a material policy breach, unlawful activity, or a security threat. When reasonably practicable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct a remediable issue. Urgent safety or infrastructure threats may require immediate action. We may end a service on reasonable advance notice and refund unused prepaid service if WAGA ends it for convenience. Termination for a breach and customer cancellation are handled under the billing policy and applicable law. Export data before the end of service; continued retention or restoration is not guaranteed.

9. Content and intellectual property

You retain your rights in content you supply and grant WAGA and its necessary providers permission to process it to deliver the service. You represent that you have permission to use it. WAGA’s brand, materials, and preexisting tools remain their respective owners’ property. Ownership and licenses for commissioned work are defined in the accepted project agreement; third-party and open-source licenses continue to apply.

10. Warranty and responsibility limits

To the extent permitted by law, services are provided with the functionality described in the accepted order, without additional implied warranties. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, arising from the service. WAGA’s aggregate liability for a claim concerning a service is limited to the fees paid to WAGA for that affected service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, mandatory refunds, fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or statutory consumer rights and remedies. They do not prevent a claim or remedy protected by applicable law. You remain responsible for third-party claims arising from your unlawful content or infringement, to the extent caused by your conduct and permitted by law.

11. Law, disputes, and changes

California law governs these terms, except where another law mandatorily applies. Contact info@wagasolutions.com to attempt a practical resolution. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver, or a restriction on lawful complaints or reviews. Courts and venues remain subject to applicable law. Material changes apply prospectively with notice where required; we will not retroactively change an accepted project scope or remove nonwaivable rights. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to the extent lawful.
