Policies & service information

Privacy Policy

Effective and last updated: October 10, 2026

This policy explains how Move Meant Enterprise LLC, doing business as WAGA Solutions (“WAGA,” “we,” or “us”), handles information in connection with our website, inquiries, customer portal, hosting, domains, email, and project services.

1. Information we collect

When you contact us, we collect the name, email address, selected service, and message you submit. Customer accounts and orders may include contact and billing details, account identifiers, domains, selected services, invoices, transaction references, and support correspondence. Our systems and service providers may process IP addresses, browser and device information, timestamps, security events, and service usage logs. Hosting services also store the website files, databases, emails, and other content you or your authorized users upload.

Do not place passwords, payment card details, government identifiers, medical records, or other sensitive information in a general inquiry. Use an agreed secure method when such information is necessary for a service.

2. How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, provide and administer requested services, manage billing and renewals, verify accounts, deliver support and service notices, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and meet legal obligations. A project inquiry does not enroll you in a marketing list. Any separate marketing enrollment should give you an appropriate choice and a way to unsubscribe.

3. Providers and other disclosures

We use 20i for hosting infrastructure and the customer portal, Stripe for the configured card-payment gateway, and providers supporting email delivery, domain registration, security, and service operations. Relevant information is disclosed to these providers as needed to perform their functions. Domain registration may require registrant details to be provided to registrars and registries; public registration-data disclosure and privacy options depend on the applicable domain rules.

Public pages may load fonts or software from third-party delivery services, including Google, StackCDN, and jsDelivr. Those services may receive connection information such as your IP address and browser details when your browser requests their resources. Providers may process information outside your state or country. Their own privacy notices apply to their independent processing.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, protect people or systems, or complete a business transfer with appropriate protections. Customer-hosted websites have their own owners and privacy notices; this policy does not replace those notices.

4. Payments

Use the customer checkout for payments. Stripe processes card-payment information; WAGA uses transaction and billing information to administer your order. Do not email full card numbers or security codes to WAGA. Payment providers may retain information under their own policies and legal obligations.

5. Cookies and tracking

The customer portal and account functions can use cookies or similar storage for sessions, security, preferences, and checkout. Browser settings can control cookies, but disabling necessary storage may affect these functions. The current public marketing-page implementation does not include advertising pixels or an analytics tracking script. We do not currently configure that page to respond differently to a browser Do Not Track signal. Third-party services and customer-hosted websites may have different practices. If optional tracking is introduced, we will update this notice and provide any choices required by applicable law.

6. Retention and security

We retain information for the time reasonably needed to deliver services, resolve inquiries or disputes, maintain required business and tax records, prevent abuse, and comply with law. Retention depends on the record, account status, and provider requirements. Closing an account does not necessarily remove invoices, legally required records, or provider backups immediately. Hosted content can become unavailable or be deleted after service cancellation or termination; export your data beforehand.

We use safeguards appropriate to our services, but no internet service or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Account owners must protect credentials and authorized access. See our Support & Backups Policy for the distinction between hosting and a separately agreed backup service.

7. Requests and choices

Contact info@wagasolutions.com with “Privacy request” in the subject to ask about, access, correct, or request deletion of information associated with your account, or to ask about applicable privacy choices. We may verify your identity using information reasonably needed for that purpose. Available rights, exceptions, and response deadlines depend on applicable law. We will not require you to waive statutory privacy rights. Account-contact updates may also be available in the customer portal.

8. Children and changes

Our purchasing and account services are intended for adults and authorized business representatives, not children under 13. If you believe a child has supplied personal information to us, contact us. The date on this page identifies this version. Material changes will be communicated when required; changes will not remove rights established by applicable law.
