Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective and last updated: October 10, 2026

This policy applies to purchases from WAGA Solutions. Specific accepted project proposals may provide additional project terms. Mandatory legal rights take priority.

1. Charges and billing periods

Prices are in USD. The order identifies the selected service, billing frequency, applicable taxes, and total. Monthly hosting is billed monthly; annual hosting is paid upfront for a 12-month term. Domains are separately registered and renewed for the selected registration period. Website builds, care plans, paid tools, and optional services are separate unless the accepted order expressly includes them.

Current hosting prices are Foundation $14.99 monthly or $149.90 annually; Pinnacle $24.99 monthly or $249.90 annually; Executive $39.99 monthly or $399.90 annually. Current one-year standard domain registration/renewal prices are .com $16.99, .net $18.99, and .org $16.99. Premium names, redemption, and special services may have different charges disclosed before purchase. An annual price is the full annual charge, not a monthly equivalent.

2. Renewal and consent

Recurring services renew for the selected billing period where you affirmatively authorize renewal. The renewal amount and frequency must be disclosed before you agree. Keep your account email and payment method current. We send renewal notices and any additional reminders required by applicable law. For an auto-renewing annual term, a renewal notice is sent in the legally applicable advance-notice window. Material price changes apply prospectively after the required notice and an opportunity to cancel. A displayed “same listed renewal price” refers to the current rate, not a lifetime price guarantee.

3. Canceling future renewals

You may stop future renewal through the renewal controls in the customer portal. If you cannot access the controls, send an online cancellation request to support@wagasolutions.com identifying your account email and the service or domain to cancel. Do not send passwords. We may reasonably verify account ownership to prevent unauthorized cancellation, but do not require a sales call or acceptance of another offer.

A valid request received before the next renewal charge stops that future renewal. We will acknowledge the request; cancellation is not conditioned on you replying to an acknowledgement. Unless you request an earlier end, hosting continues to the end of the paid term. Cancel each service you wish to end: canceling hosting does not cancel a domain or care plan. Download your files, databases, and email before the service ends. Domain nonrenewal can result in expiration and loss of the name.

4. Initial hosting refund

For your first paid purchase of a WAGA hosting account, you may cancel and request a refund of the initial hosting fee within 30 calendar days of purchase. This covers the hosting component only and is available once per customer. It does not cover completed domain registrations, renewals or transfers, separately purchased tools or third-party charges, custom development, discovery, or work already performed under a separate proposal. A hosting refund ends the refunded hosting service; export your data first.

5. Later charges and project work

After the initial hosting refund window, hosting renewals and unused portions of a customer-canceled term are generally nonrefundable, unless the accepted order states otherwise or law requires a refund. Completed domain transactions are generally nonrefundable because they create registry commitments; contact support promptly if there is an error or an uncompleted transaction. Any available registry reversal and mandatory rights will be considered.

Custom projects and discovery are governed by the accepted proposal. On cancellation, earned charges for completed work and authorized nonrecoverable expenses may be retained; unearned prepaid amounts are reconciled against the actual work and agreement. We do not treat every deposit as automatically forfeited. Billing errors, duplicate charges, undelivered services, and refunds required by law are reviewed regardless of a discretionary refund window. If WAGA ends a paid service for convenience, unused prepaid service fees will be refunded.

6. Requests, payment disputes, and nonpayment

Contact support@wagasolutions.com with the order reference, affected service, and reason. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method when available; provider and bank processing times vary. We will explain an eligibility decision. Nonpayment may lead to access restrictions, suspension, and eventual cancellation or deletion after notices under the applicable service process. Do not rely on an overdue service remaining available. Nothing here prevents a lawful payment dispute or removes consumer protections.
